Applied mathematics – Epidemiology – Inter- and intra-host modelling – COVID-19 – EDO

Presentation

My research focuses mainly on biomedical and public health issues, in particular modelling the spread of infectious diseases, with recent applications to the Covid-19 and influenza A epidemics.

My main areas of expertise are therefore: the formulation and analysis of ODEs; the use of clinical data; numerical simulations; and multi-scale modelling.
