Presentation

After completing an internship in bioinformatics applied to microbiology at Danone Research & Innovation under the supervision of Julien Tap and Muriel Derrien, I joined the University Hospital Center of Besançon as a research engineer. My work focuses on analyzing sequencing data from tumors and human microbiomes. In close collaboration with the hepatology department, I contribute to a clinical study on the gut microbiome of patients with severe cirrhosis. Concurrently, I am a PhD student affiliated with the CNRS-UFC Chrono-environment laboratory, where my thesis focuses on studying human microbiomes and their association with health.
