Molecular Biology
DNA – qPCR/PCR – genotyping – mycology – population genetics – prevention assistant
As a technician since 2010, my multi-site activity is located in the B2ME division. I use molecular biology techniques to characterise techniques in research programmes. My expertise ranges from molecular biology (DNA extraction, PCR/qPCR amplification, development of microsatellite and
microsatellite genotyping and metagenomics protocols) to fungal microbiology (morphological and molecular identification, study of antifungal resistance, mutation detection).
The multidisciplinary PEA²t platform enables me to put my expertise to good use in the following areas :
my expertise to research programmes combining the interactions between the environment and animals, using a wide range of samples.
