Hypersensitivity pneumonitis – Proteomic – Recombinant antigens – Molecular biology – Serological tests – ELISA – Environmental analyses
Presentation
Development of standardised, high-performance serological tests for the serological diagnosis of various forms of hypersensitivity pneumonitis (lung disease).
Analysis of patient environment, production of antigens directly from micro-organisms / droppings collected from patients, visualisation of protein profiles (SDS PAGE electrophoresis), then analysis of patients sensitisation to these antigens using serological tests (ELISA, Western blot 1D/ 2D). Production of recombinant proteins in the E.Coli system.
