Présentation
Technicienne depuis 2010, mon activité s’inscrit dans le pôle B2ME sur les sites de Chrono-environnement La Bouloie et Haut de Chazal. Je mets en œuvre des techniques de biologie moléculaire pour la caractérisation d’échantillons dans des programmes de recherche. Mon expertise s’étend de la biologie moléculaire (extraction d’ADN, amplification par PCR / qPCR, développement de protocoles de génotypage par microsatellites et de métagénomique) à la microbiologie fongique (identification morphologique et moléculaire, étude de la résistance aux antifongiques, détection de mutation).
La plateforme PEA²t, multidisciplinaire, me permet de mettre à profit mon expertise au service de programmes de recherche alliant les interactions entre la santé humaine, environnementale et animale, par le biais d’une grande diversité d’échantillons.
