Protéomiques / Biologie moléculaire / Antigènes recombinants / tests sérologiques / ELISA
Recherche de nouveaux biomarqueurs protéiques pour la standardisation et/ ou l’optimisation de tests sérologiques de diagnostic ou de suivi post-traitement. L’analyse comparative de divers échantillons protéiques biologiques permet de mettre en évidence des biomarqueurs potentiels. Je les synthétise ensuite en antigènes recombinants qui sont utilisés dans des tests sérologiques tel que l’ELISA afin de vérifier leur efficacité avec une population cas/témoin.
