Mes travaux de recherche s’articulent autour de plusieurs axes :
- Mécanismes de résistance aux antibiotiques des souches cliniques de Pseudomonas sp. et Acinetobacter sp. (épidémiologie, supports génétiques, transferts, caractéristiques phénotypiques)
- Substrats et régulation des systèmes d’efflux actif de P. aeruginosa (voies de régulation/signalisation, réponse aux stress)
- Évolution phénotypique et génotypique des souches de P. aeruginosa colonisant l’arbre bronchique des patients atteints de mucoviscidose
- Mécanismes d’adaptation de P. aeruginosa et A. baumannii aux peptides antimicrobiens
