Biodiversité – Chauve-souris – Génétique des populations – Écologie de la faune sauvage

Présentation

Mes recherches portent sur les impacts des changements globaux sur l’écologie de la faune sauvage.
Mon travail intègre des approches d’écologie moléculaire (notamment grâce à des techniques non invasives), de génétique des populations, de biologie de la conservation, d’écoépidémiologie et de modélisation statistique. Mes modèles biologiques incluent les mammifères, en particulier les chauves-souris et les singes.
