Antibiorésistance, infections associées aux soins, bacilles à Gram négatif, épidémiologie, One Health

Pharmacien biologiste, PhD, HDR, je m’intéresse à l’émergence et la diffusion de bactéries résistantes aux antibiotiques. Notre groupe a évalué l’impact de la consommation d’antibiotiques et le rôle de la réponse SOS sur l’émergence des bactéries pathogènes résistantes. Nous avons également exploré la propagation de bactéries multirésistantes dans les hôpitaux, dans l’environnement et chez les animaux. Nos travaux se basent sur l’analyse de larges collections de souches bactériennes par des approches expérimentales (biologie moléculaire, analyses phénotypiques) et génomiques (basées sur le séquençage des génomes complets et leur analyse par bioinformatique).
